Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
- All items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, which we sincerely hope never happens, you must notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for any claims reported past the 2 day deadline. (e-mail us at email@example.com)
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/pet free condition. Once items are returned a store credit will be issued through e mail.
- Sale items (including site-wide sales) are all final sale & cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns on accessories or custom ordered items.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send the original item back to us before a new one is sent. Once we have received your return in good order, we will notify you when the replacement is ready.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
